Greg Wardson
Background
Greg Wardson is a Pianist/Composer/Arranger who has performed throughout the northeast for over thirty years. He has been an Associate Professor of Piano at the Berklee College of Music since 1997, and has performed extensively with Rhode Island natives Greg Abate, Kim Marcoux, Rose Weaver, and Hal Crook. He leads the Greg Wardson Trio and is a member of the John Allmark Jazz Orchestra. In addition to writing music for TV, radio, and several feature films, he has performed or recorded with such varied artists as Clark Terry, Smokey Robinson, the Rhode Island Philharmonic, Dick Johnson, Kansas, Dakota Staton, Gray Sargent, Aretha Franklin, George Garzone, Bernadette Peters, Ernie Watts, Carol Sloan, Gene Bertoncini, Charlotte Church, Alan Dawson, and Rebecca Paris.
