Feinstein School of Education and Human Development

Attention all K-5 teachers, special educators, ELL teachers, and reading specialists!

According to the Rhode Island Right to Read Act, you must show dyslexia proficiency by completing a RIDE approved training

RIC’s Literacy / Dyslexia Endorsement Courses have been approved by RIDE to meet this requirement.  RIC’s three-course series is affordable and can be completed in one summer! Enroll now to get your Right to Read requirement completed in the most cost-efficient and time-efficient way possible.

Due to the building renovation planned for Horace Mann Hall, the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development has relocated to Building 2, east campus.

Welcome! Our School is approved by the Rhode Island Department of Education to prepare teachers, counselors, school psychologists and youth workers. We seek to embrace innovation and cherish our tradition of making teaching and learning personal, meaningful, and exciting.
