Getting or Renewing a C&W account

Your instructor may have requested your C&W account in in FNED 101 or FNED 246. However, if you do not have an account or are not certain if you have an account or need to renew your account, contact technical support at chalkandwire@ric.edu.

Uploading video of your Student Teaching Observations

The video file needs to be smaller than 500MB for successful uploading of the file into Chalk and Wire.

The link below provides a guide that walks the user through the steps of compressing the file into an acceptable format and file size. If the file is still too large when choosing the settings recommended in the help page, a smaller resolution should be chosen.
