Early Enrollment Program
The Early Enrollment Program provides high school students with an opportunity to take college-level courses in the familiar environment of their own high school. The program is open to college-bound seniors and accelerated juniors. Course credit will count toward high school graduation and toward a college degree at Rhode Island College. Credit may also be transferred to another institution of higher learning. Faculty for the program are drawn from qualified teachers at participating high schools. The Accounting and Information Systems Department certifies credits for Accounting 201, Principles of Financial Accounting, for courses taught by approved faculty in participating high schools.
