Help Center
Due to COVID-19 concerns, effective Tuesday, March 31, the college has closed ALL computer labs.
Effective Wednesday, April 1, the ITS Help Center is closed, but services will continue. If you have hardware or technology related issues that require in-person service, please email
helpdesk@ric.edu to schedule an appointment. The Help Center will continue to be available from 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Fridays. The Help Center is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
The Help Center is a single point of contact for information and assistance with classroom, desktop, network and telephone technologies. The Help Center also provides audiovisual service and support for the campus.
To report problems with classroom and desktop equipment, telephones, Internet connectivity, etc., or to ask questions about technology on campus, call the Help Center at 456-8803 (on campus, Ext 8803) , email

The Help Center is located in Gaige Hall.
