If you want to save your new Word, Excel or PowerPoint file to our OneDrive for Business, ou will need to switch your account to your Office 365 account. (How to switch your account to the Office 365 account)
Note: You will have to switch your account for all three applications. If you switch your account on your own laptop or desktop, then you will not have to do that again since MS Office will remember that you're connected to your Office 365. Now if you use computer in one of the walk-in labs and you switch the account, then you will not have to do it again on that machine. However, you will have to the switch when you use a different machine.
