Transfer Minors

Rhode Island College’s transfer minor policy is the first-in-the-nation to recognize your knowledge in a specialized area for which we do not currently offer a major or minor. Did you complete an associate degree at CCRI or Bristol Community College in one of the programs below? If so, you are eligible for a transfer minor to be posted on your RIC transcript once you enroll at RIC. This gives you a stackable credential for skills you developed in your associate degree.

Required courses for the transfer minor are listed in parentheses after each associate degree program.
