The Payroll Office will continue to remain open for business during the COVID-19 emergency period, all in person visits to Payroll are by appointment only. Some staff are moving to teleworking on a limited basis.

Payroll Checks will be mailed; in-person pickup has been suspended until further notice.
Monthly Payroll Process
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires hourly time reporting for employees. The college is requiring that supervising managers submit the appropriate
Monthly Hiring Authorization Form for each of their monthly temporary employees.
Each manager is required to submit to payroll the Monthly Payroll Timesheet (see below) for all their monthly employees for each monthly paycheck. The ACA requires this hourly reporting to determine eligibility for health care benefits.
