Thomas Gregory
Background
Tom Gregory is adjunct professor of tuba and elementary music theory instructor at Rhode Island College. In addition, he also serves as instructor of tuba, euphonium, and history of jazz at CCRI and beginning band instructor at Good Shepard Catholic School in Woonsocket, RI. He is a founding member of the Narragansett Brass Quintet (faculty brass quintet) at RIC and Your Favorite Brass Quintet.
Tom was a tubist in the Navy music program and performed with the Civic Orchestra of Chicago. In addition, he performed with several local orchestras in the Chicago area, as well as with the Illinois Brass Band. Tom earned his Bachelor of Music in Tuba Performance from Boston Conservatory and his Master of Arts in Teaching from Rhode Island College.
