Ranee Csigay

Background

Ranee Csigay is Adjunct Instructor of theatre at Rhode Island College. She holds a BFA in visual arts from New York State College of Ceramics, Division of Art and Design, at Alfred University, as well as a minor in education from Alfred University. She is a 2008 candidate in Rhode Island College’s Theatre Performance and Society MFA program. Ms. Csigay has extensive experience with youth theatre programs in the community and in schools; including a RIC adjunct faculty position at Hope High School. She has worked with Providence’s Perishable Theatre. She has taught classes for Camp Trinity Rep and for Trinity Repertory Company’s Young Actors Summer Institute (YASI). Ms Csigay was a co-founder/co-director of Our Children’s Little Theatre and is a co-founder, as well as an instructor and performer, with the Yankee Volunteer Fife and Drum Corps of Seekonk, MA. ​
