Office of International, Immigrant, Undocumented, DACAmented and Refugee Students

The Office of International, Immigrant, Undocumented, DACAmented and Refugee Students (IIUDRS) is a physical space dedicated to students that identify with the international, immigrant, undocumented, DACAmented and refugee student experience. It embraces all students, regardless of their citizenship status in the United States and views education equity for all a fundamental human right. The IIUDRS focuses on helping students develop an identity that transcends geographic or political borders without erasing their nationality or local identity. Students are encouraged to critically examine and assess how their various identities inform and misinform their global citizenship perspective. We provide intersectional programming and resources that support the holistic development of our foreign-born community in and outside the classroom.

Our Mission

Our goal is to help students develop a global citizenship mindset, that helps them better understand their positionality in this world in order to better navigate it. We connect students to immigration services, introduce them to scholarship, internship and fellowship opportunities, and most importantly, provide them with a brave space to talk and meet other supportive allies.
