Event Support
The department of Facilities and Operations provides support to the office of College Events and Conference Services at Rhode Island College. We frequently provide services for activities that include: table and chair rental and set up, tent rental, set up, and custodial requests. We provide services to all departments, student groups (with advisor approval), and outside users. Our department also supports large special events such as Commencement, Homecoming and Admissions Open House.
How do I request equipment or a set-up?
All requests must be scheduled through the office of College Events and Conference Services through the
Event Management System.
