Victoria is a Pre-Doctoral Intern at RIC’s Counseling Center and is working toward completing her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at William James College. She began her academic journey by attending the University of Rhode Island for her undergraduate studies. She then obtained her master’s degree at Roger Williams University. Victoria has experience working in a variety of clinical settings including schools, family courts, and correctional facilities providing therapy and conducting psychological assessments.

Victoria is passionate about creating a safe and welcoming environment for all students from varying backgrounds and identities. She works to build a strong therapeutic relationship with all of her clients because she believes therapy is a collaborative process. She enjoys working with students as college is typically a time of self-discovery and great change. In clinical work, Victoria will help the client identify personal goals and work collaboratively to achieve them. Victoria seeks the opportunity to help students explore how all aspects of their life are interconnected and play a role in treatment. Victoria is a fellow Rhode Islander who loves her Del’s lemonade and trips to the beach.
